Führungsverantwortung im Kontext unternehmerischen Handelns
Workshop
Karlsruhe
Dr. phil. Simon Derpmann

Open Consultation Hour for Your Questions on Ethical Responsibility in Studies, Research, Teaching, and Innovation
Especially in uncertain times and times of significant (personal, societal, global) changes, we can face challenges – particularly in our professional and student lives. We often ask ourselves whether we should do something, what we can do, or who else is responsible for taking action.
The ARRTI-Café is our offer to engage with us in an informal atmosphere about your thoughts and questions on ethics and responsibility in the university context.
Do you work or study at KIT? Are you concerned about a topic where you see a need for action but don't know how to act or what to do? Or do you wonder who is ethically responsible for what and why in this context, and what it means to act responsibly here? Or are you generally interested in the dimensions of ethical responsibility in studies and work?
In an open exchange, we bring our expertise and work together with you to determine whether and how questions of responsibility arise in your concern, exploring the reasons, possibilities, scope, and limits of personal and institutional responsibility.
