The team project “Management and Technology” aims to prepare bachelor students for working in heterogeneously composed teams in which they will work on defined interdisciplinary questions at the interface of economics subjects. In this collaborative teaching project of ARRTI and EnTechnon, the students develop a deep understanding for their personal values and their sphere of action. Based on that, the team designs and evolves via a guided process their business idea until their specific value proposition. The process is accompanied by reflective sessions, focusing on philosophical reasoning and ethical issues, which can emerge in entrepreneurial endeavours.
